I have 22 years of experience working in spas as a licensed Esthetician and 7 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist .
During my career as an Esthetician, I completed the basic training in the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Levels One and Two in Chikly Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
I am a graduate of Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey, California and Five Branches University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Asian Bodywork Program in Santa Cruz, California and Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon.
I have independently studied the work of Dr, Wilheim Reich (the father of modern day somatic therapies) and his daughter Dr. Eva Reich's Buttflytouch massage to help with the release body armor and promote orgonomic functionalism (life force energy).
I have a particular interest in the Autonomic Nervous System and the brain. I encourage those suffering from anxiety and/or depression to utilize the benefits of Massage to guide themselves to greater emotional self-regulation .
I am a Certified Medical Massage Therapist CMMP through Science of Massage Institute
I utilize Science of Massage Institute and Rehabilitative Massage techniques to address debilitating conditions such as TMJ, chronic low back pain, piriformis muscle syndrome to name a few.
